Send a written notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to the address below. Include:

1. Your signature, physical or electronic.
2. Identification of the work you say is infringed.
3. The URL of the material you want removed.
4. Your address, telephone number and email.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the owner.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice under § 512(g)(3) to the same address.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material lose access.
